¿What are your service charges?
The cost of our service ranges from 15% to 20% of the retail price from the stores we manage, such as Sam's Club, Costco, and HEB.
In all cases, we strive to offer fair and competitive prices that are tailored to support the financial well-being of each of our customers.
¿Which days do you deliver?
Deliveries are made on Thursdays and Saturdays, starting at 9:00 AM.
To ensure your order is included in the delivery schedule, you must finalize it by 11:59 AM the day before the delivery date.
¿What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.
Additionally, when completing your purchase, you have the option to select Cash on Delivery (COD). This allows you to pay on the day of delivery, either with cash or by using your card, as we are equipped with a portable payment terminal for secure card transactions.
¿What is your service area?
Our delivery zone covers the entire Ribera de Chapala area, including: Ixtlahuacan de los Membrillos, Buenavista, Agua Escondida, Chapala Haciendas, San Nicolas de Ibarra, Chapala Centro, Riberas del Pilar, San Antonio Tlayacapan, Ajijic, San Juan Cosala, Chantepec, Jocotepec, and Roca Azul. If your location is not within this area, please let us know when making your purchase, as there may be extra charges.
¿Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, we have a fixed shipping fee of $100 Mexican pesos for orders under $599.00 pesos. In some cases, this fee may vary if the delivery is outside the previously defined delivery area.
¿What happens if the product I ordered is not available?
In the event that a previously ordered product is unavailable, a specialist will contact the customer to offer similar alternative options. If an agreement is not reached, the product will be omitted from the current order and placed on back-order for when it becomes available.
If the product was prepaid, the amount will be refunded to the customer within a minimum period of 48 hours, or, if the customer prefers, that money can be kept as a credit for their next purchase.
¿What happens if I can't find the product I'm looking for?
Should you not find the desired product in our store, the customer may contact a specialist at any time, either through our website's chat feature or our social media channels, to place a special request. This request will be addressed within a maximum period of 24 hours

Immediate Documentation: Take clear photographs of the damaged product(s) or packaging as soon as you receive your order.

Resolution Process: Our company will offer one of the following solutions, depending on the specific situation and your preference:
- Product Replacement: We will ship a new product to substitute the damaged item.
- Refund: We will issue a refund for the monetary value corresponding to the damaged product.
- Store Credit: You will be provided with a credit for the amount to be used on your next purchase.
