Tasting Notes

• Winery: Barón de Ley
• Grape: Graciano, Tempranillo
  
• Aging: 24 months in French and American oak barrels.
• Appearance: Attractive ruby color with medium depth and slight brick-red (tawny) hues.
• Nose: High aromatic intensity on the nose, featuring ripe fruits integrated with toasted and balsamic notes. After some time in the glass, the aromas evolve into traces of herbal infusions, spices, and tobacco.
• Palate: The attack on the palate is round and harmonious, displaying silky tannins while remaining fresh and lively. The aftertaste is very persistent, bringing back memories of toasted notes and raisins.
• Food Pairing: Red meat, lamb, dishes with red sauces, and aged cheeses.
• Serving Temperature: 61–64 °F (16–18 °C).
